| Kyle's career goals is to use his patients interests to better counsel them. He knows that the patients like to watch the World Wrestling Entertainment on Monday and Friday nights, so he went to the WWE website to learn more about the product so he can relate the industry and how drug use negatively affects the lives of the wrestlers. | Kyle's relationship goals affect his career goals because he loves to have a positive, yet professional relationship with his patients. This is the main reason he is incorporating the patients' love for professional wrestling, specifically the WWE into their treatment plans and conduct the proper, yet accurate research on the organization through the use of their website. | Kyle's life goals would be to see how he can use the real life struggles that come with being a professional wrestler as a treatment plan with patients dealing with drug addiction. | Kyle uses his work laptop when dealing with a patient in a one-on-one appointment so he can have any research that he's unfamiliar with relating to the World Wrestling Entertainment. He uses his office computer when he is not with a patient to familiarize himself with the WWE and what the company's drug protocols are through the use of using their website. He also looks into the company that the WWE outsources their drug testing policy through the use of his own work software that is able to determine what they check for, how the drugs negatively affect the athlete, and how they obtain the drugs. | Kyle meets with each patient individually on a weekly basis and has approximately 50 patients to meet with per week. He also does group sessions with up to 20 patients at a time twice a week. This means that he uses his laptop 50 times a week in individual sessions and twice a week during group sessions. Each session, both group and individual sessions are an hour long and he meets with multiple patients a day. He'll use his work laptop to take notes on the treatment sessions and to utilize the WWE website for any content he may be unfamiliar with when trying out his new treatment plan. He uses his office computer any time during the day for additional research which can vary from ten to fifteen hours per week, depending on what is going on at work each day. | Kyle is not familiar with sports entertainment, specifically the World Wrestling Entertainment, so it tends to be a bit frustrating trying to research and remember all of the professional wrestlers and the content associated with the organization. He gets overwhelmed trying to understand the drugs, steroids, and alcohol used by each wrestler so he use real life examples on how addiction can negatively impact and affect a person's body through the use of public figures that the patients watch on a weekly basis. He isn't frustrated with the laptop, office computer, or any technology that he must utilize for his treatments, but does get flustered when it comes to the professional wrestling terminology and understanding how they utilize their drug testing policy, at times. |

| John's career goals don't really affect the WWE or its website, it is more so about him fitting in with the his coworkers as they are all professional wrestling fans and he wants to have common ground to talk to them about during their smoke and lunch breaks so he researches the WWE website with the hopes to find information on the organization that will help him fit in. | John's ultimate goal for his relationships is to impress Emilie at work, who is a huge WWE fan and is an avid fan of Roman Reigns particularly. John wants to know more about the WWE and Roman Reigns, so he skowers through the WWE's website and the superstar profiles regarding Roman Reigns so he has something he can talk about with her. | John's life goals is to become better informed on the product of the WWE so he can feel more in-tune with his coworkers. He'd eventually like to get married and start a family so if he can impress Emilie about his newly found passion of the WWE through his research, he may be able to ask her out and something may spark between the two of them. |

| John typically uses his laptop or his brand new phone to do the research on the WWE website. If his phone and laptop are charging, he'll then use Lisa's laptop to conduct his research. | John will do research almost every day before and after work. It is estimated that he does the research between 4 and 6 days a week for approximately 2 hours each day. He really wants to fit in with his coworkers and impress Emilie, so he puts in the time and effort to make sure he has access to his phone and either his or Lisa's laptop to scour through the WWE's website. | John isn't a big technology person so the laptops do not frustrate him, but his new phone does. He has to get used to the new apps, new interface, and new location of items to properly access and research the WWE website. |
